About First Presbyterian Church
First Presbyterian Church in Ponca City has served the community for over a century from its location on the corner of Fourteenth and Grand Avenue in a building constructed in 1957. The church is part of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), a denomination with more than two million members across 10,000 congregations nationwide. In a meaningful partnership, First Presbyterian and First United Methodist Church now worship together as one body, combining their congregations for shared services, mission work, and ministry. The church is deeply rooted in Presbyterian theology, affirming that God's grace comes through Jesus Christ and calling members to continue Christ's mission of teaching truth, feeding the hungry, healing the broken, and welcoming strangers. Visitors are warmly invited to experience this Christ-centered community of faith.
