About Compassionate Sharing
Compassionate Sharing is a community service organization located in Yukon, Oklahoma, dedicated to providing essential resources and support to those in need. Operating from their location on North 6th Street, the organization serves neighbors through a food pantry offering nutritious groceries and staple items, a clothing closet with quality gently used clothing for all ages and seasons, and Care-A-Van transportation services for seniors aged 55 and older and individuals with physical disabilities. Since its establishment in 1994 by the Yukon Ministerial Alliance, business leaders, and concerned citizens, Compassionate Sharing has grown to serve the surrounding community with dignity and compassion. The organization welcomes volunteers and donors who wish to support their mission of building a stronger, more caring Yukon.

Service Format: Compassionate Sharing operates as a resource center with a food pantry open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM, a clothing closet available for shopping every 30 days, and Care-A-Van transportation services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Visitor Tips: Call ahead one day in advance to schedule transportation at 405-354-9591; transportation inside city limits is suggested donation of $1, and outside city limits is $5 if able to contribute.
