About Bend Church of the Nazarene
Bend Church of the Nazarene is a bilingual congregation in Bend, Oregon, committed to following Jesus and serving those often overlooked or marginalized, continuing a mission rooted in early 1900s compassion for the poor and vulnerable. The church worships in two languages—English at 10 a.m. and Spanish at noon each week—with bilingual services held every couple of months to celebrate their multicultural community. Led by co-pastors Oscar Acosta and R.J. Strickland, the congregation blends timeless hymns with modern songs to create a heartfelt worship experience centered on Bible-based, relevant messages for all stages of faith.
