About Newman Center at Oregon State University
Newman Center at Oregon State University is the Catholic campus ministry serving students at OSU in Corvallis, Oregon. The center welcomes students of all backgrounds to explore faith, encounter Christ, and grow as disciples through community, sacraments, and various formation programs. With three student masses each week—Sunday at 7 PM, Tuesday at 5 PM, and Thursday at 8 PM—along with opportunities for confession, adoration, and eucharistic devotion, Newman provides regular access to Catholic sacramental life. The center offers several programs including Alpha, a seven-week exploration course for newcomers; Venture, designed for incoming Catholic freshmen; and Fragua, for deeper discipleship formation. Located at 2127 Northwest Monroe Avenue with offices open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Newman Center invites students to connect, grow in faith, and become part of a vibrant Catholic community at the university.
