Umapine Adventist Church is a Seventh-day Adventist congregation in Milton Freewater, Oregon. The first Adventist service at this location was held on April 2, 1977. The congregation purchased the United Brethren church in March 1982, now known as the Friendship Center. After the church building was condemned in April 1997, the Adventists purchased it in March 1998 and began an extensive remodel. That work included a new roof, new siding, handicap facilities, and removal of a false ceiling, revealing a cathedral-like ceiling and trinity windows. The church identifies with the Seventh-day Adventist tradition, described as a mainstream Protestant church.
