Led by Dr. Mark and Marla Strong, who have served as Lead Pastors since 1988, the church describes its vision as a multi-ethnic, multi-site community of followers of Jesus Christ. Pastor Jerrell Waddell serves as Executive Pastor, and Pastor Dyon Spencer works with young adults and youth. Sunday worship is offered at both Portland locations, with children’s ministry, youth group, and small groups providing ways for people and families to get connected beyond the main services.
