About Springfield Lutheran Church
Springfield Lutheran Church, ELCA, is a vibrant faith community located in Springfield, Oregon, across the street from McKenzie-Willamette Hospital. With over 75 years of history in the Springfield community, the church welcomes all people regardless of income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, political affiliation, or physical or mental challenges. The congregation gathers around the Cross of Christ as baptized children of God, and welcomes all who hunger and thirst to Jesus's table. Services feature Holy Communion with wafers and individual cups, and the church offers a large, well-ventilated worship space. In-person worship takes place each Sunday, with live streaming also available.

Dress Code: Casual; masks are worn at attendees' own discretion. Service Format: Traditional Lutheran worship with Holy Communion available to all. Communion is distributed by wafers and individual cups at a free-standing table during the service. Visitor Tips: Arrive for the 9:30 a.m. Sunday service. If you cannot attend in person, the service is live streamed. Previous sermons and musical recitals are available on the church's Facebook page.
