About Felician Sisters
The Felician Sisters of North America, with a presence in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, are a Catholic community of vowed women religious dedicated to contemplative-active lives of service. Inspired by their foundress Blessed Mary Angela Truszkowska and the spirituality of St. Francis of Assisi, they serve those most vulnerable in society with joyful hearts and a commitment to simplicity and prayer. The community sponsors and serves at more than 40 ministries throughout North America and Haiti, continuously expanding their work to meet emerging needs. The Felician Sisters emphasize community harmony, human dignity, peace and justice advocacy, and stewardship of creation. Visitors are invited to experience their tradition of faith-centered service and to learn more about the various ways to engage with their ministries through prayer, volunteering, or spiritual programs.
