Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church has served the Emlenton community since its founding in 1871 by Father Patrick Smith, with sacramental records still preserved in the parish rectory. Located in the beautiful Allegheny River Valley, this historic parish welcomes parishioners from Emlenton, Parker, Foxburg, Knox, St. Petersburg, and surrounding areas, as well as part-time residents who visit during summer months. Under the pastoral leadership of Father David Foradori, the parish continues its mission as the Body of Christ, offering a faith home and God's presence to the broader community. The church invites all visitors to join in worship and become part of its faith community.
