Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, known locally as St. Mary's, is a Roman Catholic parish in Fairfield, Pennsylvania, nestled in the foothills of Appalachia. With roots tracing back to 1823, when priests from nearby seminaries first ministered to Catholics in the area, the parish was formally established with a church building constructed in the 1850s. The current church building, completed in 2000 on Tract Road, preserves elements of its rich history, including stained glass windows and statues from the original structure.
