About Girard Presbyterian Church
First Presbyterian Church of Girard is a welcoming community of faith with over 190 years of ministry in northwestern Pennsylvania. Located at the corner of Church Street and Main Street East in Girard, the church gathers each week for joyful worship of God. The congregation is committed to their mission of encouraging people to learn, show, and share God's love through service and support. Beyond Sunday worship, the church actively serves the local community through the Christian Cupboard Food Pantry, a cooperative ministry that distributes food to Girard and Lake City residents in need on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Worship services are recorded and available online for those unable to attend in person, reflecting the church's desire to remain accessible to all.
