Charter Oak Church is a non-denominational congregation with multiple campuses across Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, including the Crossroads Campus in Greensburg. Founded in 1961 by Bob Richards as a neighborhood ministry, the church has grown from fewer than 100 members to over 600, expanding to four locations by 2018. The church's mission centers on reaching those who are searching and equipping believers to be fully devoted followers of Jesus through authentic faith and community service. Currently, the congregation is studying the Book of Hebrews over a 32-week period and emphasizes discipleship, small groups, and serving the local community.
