About Harrisburg Bretheren In Christ Church
Harrisburg Brethren in Christ Church has served as an active, loving witness to its city and region since 1897. Located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, this intentionally multi-ethnic community invites people of all backgrounds to explore what it means to follow Jesus, whether they are new to faith or have been on the journey for years. The church offers two in-person worship services each Sunday at 9am and 11am in the same style, as well as online live-streaming options for those unable to attend in person. Sunday school classes are available for children from newborn through 12th grade during both services. The congregation is committed to providing an environment where freedom in worship is experienced, and they actively serve their local and global communities while sharing Christ's love and working toward reconciliation with God and one another.

Dress Code: You are invited to dress comfortably in anything from shorts and jeans to business casual or suits. Service Format: Two identical worship services at 9am and 11am on Sundays with an environment emphasizing freedom in worship; feel free to sing, sit, stand, raise your hands, or dance. Visitor Tips: Childcare is available for newborns and preschoolers throughout both services, and children in kindergarten through fifth grade are dismissed after the pastoral prayer; street parking is available on Derry Street in front of the church, on 22nd Street, and on Greenwood Street, with additional parking at a gravel lot at the corner of Derry and 22nd Street and an upper parking deck on Derry Street across from the car wash.
