About Avoy Christian Church
Avoy Christian Church in Lake Ariel is a Christian congregation with a stated purpose to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples, train and edify believers, aid in missions, and promote Christian living. Pastor Sean Leonard has served as senior pastor since August 2020, after first preaching for the church as pulpit supply in 2015 when it was without a pastor. The church gathers on Sundays for a discipleship class and worship, and it also offers small groups, a weekly Women’s Bible/Book Study hosted by Jordan Hayden and Katie Leonard, and a virtual prayer meeting on Wednesdays.
