About St James Fellowship
St. James Fellowship is a distinctive ministry serving aging and disabled persons across eastern Allegheny County and part of Westmoreland County, primarily in long-term care facilities but also in private homes. Rather than operating from a traditional church building, the fellowship brings worship, Christian connection, and pastoral care directly to those they serve, functioning as a church without walls. Under the leadership of Reverend Patterson and ministry associates, the congregation offers regular worship services, hymn singing, Holy Communion, Bible studies, fellowship, counseling, and friendship to individuals facing various challenges including Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, physical and mental illnesses, and loneliness.
