About Saint Thomas Independent
Saint Thomas Independent is a non-denominational church in Mount Pleasant Mills with children’s ministry and small groups. The congregation’s stated beliefs emphasize the Bible as divinely inspired and infallible, faith in the eternal Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and the person and work of Jesus Christ. The church teaches that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary, lived without sin, died to save mankind from sin, and rose from the dead on the third day. It also affirms justification through faith in Jesus as personal Savior, the immortality of souls, the resurrection of bodies, and eternal accountability.
