About Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (ELCA)
Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is a welcoming ELCA congregation located in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, that identifies as a Reconciling in Christ faith community. They affirm and accept all people regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic, believing that God creates everyone in His image and loves unconditionally. The church gathers for worship on Sunday mornings and maintains an active community life through various ministries and committees including outreach, stewardship, education, and fellowship. Led by Pastor Rev. Dennis Kohl and Music Minister Heather Skidds, the congregation seeks to provide opportunities for all people to participate fully in the life and worship of their faith community.
