The church relocated in 1951 to its current location on Dry Branch Road due to the construction of the Savannah River Project and completed construction of its current sanctuary in 1962. Led by Pastor Phillip B. Thomas, Zion Fair is dedicated to exalting the Savior, evangelizing sinners, and equipping saints for ministry, operating under the motto "A Church Where Lives Are Transformed & Generations Are Impacted."
