Victory Baptist Church is an independent, fundamental Baptist congregation located in Beaufort, South Carolina, with over 50 years of ministry to the local community. Founded in 1975 by Wes and Dottie Millard, the church has grown from its humble beginnings in Shell Point Elementary School to a fully established facility on Parris Island Gateway, complete with a Christian school that has operated continuously since 1978 and an activity center for church events. Under the current leadership of Pastor Phil and Charity Peck, who accepted the pastoral call in 2022, Victory Baptist emphasizes warm, friendly services focused on leading individuals to Christ and helping them grow spiritually. The church has a long history of faithful ministry, having seen hundreds come to faith in Jesus and many called into Christian service throughout its existence.
