About Easley Union Baptist
Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church, located at 200 North Pendleton Street in downtown Easley, South Carolina, is a Bible-based, family-friendly congregation with a rich heritage spanning over 155 years of worship and service. Founded around 1864 by a small group of believers and formally established in 1872, the church has grown to occupy a brick structure built in 1978 designed to accommodate approximately 500 parishioners. Under the pastoral leadership of Dr. James H. Williams and supported by several associate ministers, EUMBC offers a variety of ministries designed to strengthen members' spiritual walks and discipleship. The church welcomes visitors of all backgrounds to join in worship and participate in the loving, caring community it has cultivated throughout its long history.
