The church takes its name from the red clay knoll where it was originally situated. Today, under Pastor Donnie C. Chambers' leadership, Red Hill Baptist Church emphasizes reaching souls for Christ through witnessing and sharing God's Word, focusing on developing and equipping members for spiritual growth. The church offers a dynamic worship experience with Church School beginning at 9:00 a.m. and the Worship Experience at 10:00 a.m., both available in-person and online. The congregation features dedicated youth ministries, including Kid's Hill Children's Church and the Red Zone Teen Church, alongside regular Bible study and spiritual development programs centered on elevation, growth, and community transformation.
