About Holy Family Catholic Church, Hilton Head Island, SC
Holy Family Catholic Church is a Catholic parish on Hilton Head Island with daily Mass Monday through Saturday and weekend Masses on Saturday evening and Sunday. Worship follows the Catholic liturgy, with Scripture, homily, and Communion. The parish offers confession after weekday 8:00 AM Masses and on Saturday afternoons, along with regular Eucharistic Adoration throughout the week. Community life includes a Young Adult Group on Wednesday evenings, a Youth Group on Mondays beginning September 14, and small groups. Spanish is also part of the parish’s language offerings. Dr. Kane Pam serves as Music Director/Organist.

Holy Family Catholic Church started as a mission church of the Charleston, South Carolina Diocese. The first Mass at the island site was in 1961, and the current church was dedicated on February 25, 1973.
