About Mount Calvary MB Church
Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, located at 5208 Nolensville Road in Nashville, Tennessee, was established in 1972 when a group of Missionary Baptist believers felt called to begin services in the southern part of Nashville. The church grew from cottage prayer meetings and cottage meetings in private homes to an organized independent Missionary Baptist congregation with forty-two charter members. Today, Mount Calvary continues its commitment to sharing the Gospel and teaching biblical truths, maintaining a strong heritage of faith and community service. The church offers Sunday School classes for all ages beginning at 10 AM, followed by morning worship at 11 AM, with additional Wednesday night Bible study opportunities. Throughout its history, Mount Calvary has been dedicated to reaching lost souls and has hosted significant regional events, including the Tennessee State Gospel Singing Convention.
