About St Mark Ministries
St Mark Ministries is a Church of God in Christ congregation in Memphis with roots dating to October 1973, when the late Bishop C. G. Watson founded the work as Watson Universal Spiritual Mission in Sister Verna Lee’s home. Minister Michael Glover began leading the congregation in May 1991 and was installed as pastor that August. The church’s history includes a 1993 renovation project financed by Bishop G. E. Patterson and a move into a new sanctuary in November 2007. Today, St Mark Ministries continues its COGIC witness with contemporary worship in Memphis.
