About Blackman Community Church of the Nazarene
Blackman Community Church of the Nazarene is a welcoming faith community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, dedicated to loving, sharing, and serving as the living extension of Christ's body. Founded on a mission to seek and save the lost and be friends of sinners, the congregation values all people as children of God and works to extend Christ-like compassion throughout their community. Led by Pastor Lisa Hathcock, who has served for nearly three years, the church emphasizes uncovering the nuance of Scripture each week. Currently meeting at Murfreesboro First Church of the Nazarene while fundraising for their own building, the church invites visitors to adopt their desire to be loving, sharing, serving members of the congregation and the wider Kingdom of God.
