About Connection United Methodist Church
Connection United Methodist Church is an inclusive, God-centered community in Nashville's Donelson area that resulted from the thoughtful merger of Andrew Price Memorial and Hickory Bend United Methodist Churches in 2019. Led by Senior Pastor Darren Mayberry Wright, the congregation emphasizes hospitality, authentic service, and embodying Christian mission in the transformation of their world. Worship services are held Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. and feature hymn-singing, prayers, Scripture lessons, sermons, and musical offerings, with Communion celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. The church welcomes children of all ages, provides a nursery for infants through five-year-olds, and encourages young people to participate fully in worship.
