About Word of Life Christian Center International
Word of Life Christian Center International in Nashville began from a vision given to Dr. Alexander Arthur in August 1989, following his March 1989 newsletter, “The Word of Life.” The church first met as a Monday night Bible study in Pastor Arthur’s home and later moved to its Clarksville Highway location on January 1, 2000. Its weekly schedule includes Sunday worship and corporate prayer, Wednesday worship service and Bible studies, weekday ministry gatherings, Friday fellowship night, and Saturday prayer. The church’s history is closely tied to Pastor Alexander Arthur’s teaching ministry and the early home Bible study that grew into the congregation.
