About Graham Chapel CME Church
Graham Chapel CME Church in Savannah, Tennessee, was founded in the spirit of freedom following the Emancipation Proclamation, with its first General Conference held in December 1870. The church began when a group of dedicated men identified a need for a worship space, and Mrs. Mary Ann McDougal generously donated the land upon which the building stands. Today, Graham Chapel continues the legacy established by its forefathers, serving as a beacon of light in the Savannah community. The church offers a warm and spiritual Christian fellowship to all visitors, with a full schedule of services and ministries including Sunday worship, Bible study, youth activities, and outreach to nursing homes and area churches.
