About Wayside Presbyterian Church
Wayside Presbyterian Church in Signal Mountain, Tennessee is a Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) congregation rooted in over a century of faithful ministry, tracing its origins to a Bible study group begun in 1917. The church is committed to biblical preaching, Reformed theology, and making disciples of Jesus Christ through Word-centered worship, prayer, the sacraments, and gospel community. With significant growth over the past decade—from 98 members in 2012 to over 275 today—Wayside serves a diverse, intergenerational congregation and recently launched a sanctuary expansion campaign to accommodate its growing membership. The church emphasizes being biblical, confessional, and missional in its approach to faith and service.
