About Providence Baptist Church
Providence Baptist Church is a self-governing, Bible-centered Baptist congregation located in Coopertown, Tennessee, celebrating over two decades of ministry since its founding in 2000. The church began humbly in a garage before relocating to its current sanctuary on Highway 49, where it continues its mission to preach the gospel and fulfill Christ's Great Commission. Visitors will experience friendly greeters at the door, biblical preaching centered on God's Word, and uplifting worship through music and prayer. The church maintains active visitor services and safety teams to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all attendees. Providence Baptist offers Christ-centered programs for families, including nursery care and classes for all ages during Sunday School.
