About Shorter Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church
Historic Shorter Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, located in Tullahoma, Tennessee, welcomes visitors with open doors and a rich spiritual heritage dating back to before 1868. The congregation, now situated in the heart of the Historic Natchez Community, carries forward the original bricks of its historic building—hand-carried to the present site in 1923 to preserve the church's legacy. Shorter Chapel offers Sunday worship services at 10:00 a.m., church school at 9:00 a.m., and midweek Bible study via Zoom, creating opportunities for both in-person and virtual fellowship.
