About Cornerstone Baptist Church
Cornerstone Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation located in Wartrace, Tennessee, on Highway 41A near Shelbyville. Founded in the spring of 1997 by Pastor Woodrow Medlock, the church has grown from its humble beginnings in a motel conference room to a established ministry with a dedicated building completed in 2011. Under the current leadership of Pastor Randy Crosslin, the church maintains three core emphases: exalting the Savior through worship centered on Jesus Christ, expounding Scripture through expositional preaching that works verse by verse through books of the Bible, and evangelizing the lost by sharing the gospel both in services and through missions work. The congregation uses the King James Version exclusively in all preaching and teaching. Visitors are warmly invited to experience their worship services and become part of this growing community of faith.
