About Our Savior Lutheran Church Missouri Synod
Our Savior Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, located at 4933 South 7th Street in Abilene, Texas, has served the community since its official organization on March 29, 1953. The congregation exists to reach out with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and respond to opportunities of worship, missions, education, service, and fellowship. Our Savior Lutheran welcomes visitors to join the community each Sunday for Bible Study at 9:15 a.m., Worship at 10:30 a.m., and Coffee & Fellowship at 11:30 a.m. The church also offers online worship options, with services streamed live at 10:30 a.m. CST and archives of previous services available for viewing. As a Missouri Synod congregation, Our Savior Lutheran teaches the Bible-based traditions of Martin Luther centered on grace alone, faith alone, and scripture alone.
