About Celebration of Life Church
Celebration of Life Church in Baytown, Texas was founded in January 2002 by the Mooring family with a vision to create a truly welcoming community where everyone has a seat at the table regardless of personal history, background, age, or ethnicity. The church's mission centers on welcoming the healing presence of Jesus for a broken world, with the goal of seeing the lost found and the hurting healed. Sunday worship services are offered in both English and Spanish at 10 AM, and the church also provides a food pantry, youth and children's ministries, Connect Groups for small group fellowship, and a recording studio. Led by Senior Pastors Todd and Cyndy Mooring along with pastors Callie, Bob, Phill, and Patrice, the church emphasizes worship through both song and lived experience, inviting all visitors to encounter God and join in the mission to see lives transformed by Jesus.
