New Beginnings Church in Beaumont, Texas was founded in August 2005 by Dr. Billy Ray Harper, his wife Karen, and thirty charter members with a mission to restore lives and empower people through the Gospel of Christ. The church emphasizes loving people the way Christ does and seeks to be a catalyst for positive change in the community, having baptized over one hundred souls and facilitated countless healings and deliverances through the power of the Holy Spirit. With missionary work extending to West Africa, Mexico, Europe, and beyond through webcasting, New Beginnings is committed to bringing a message of hope and encouragement to Southeast Texas. The church offers anointed praise and worship services and Bible study, teaching that the Scripture is God's inspired and infallible Word and emphasizing the importance of trusting in God's Word during times of turmoil and confusion.
