About Light Of The World Church Of Christ
Light of the World Church of Christ is a Dallas congregation founded on August 1, 1999, by Dr. E. D. Seamster, Jr. The church describes itself as a non-denominational, non-instrumental New Testament community. Its name reflects a distinctive part of its history: LWCC says it was the first African American church of Christ in America to choose a non-geographical street destination for its name. The church offers children’s ministry and a youth group, and it lists Fred Allen, Curtis Holland, and Dwayne Pugh as ordained deacons.
