About Baptist Student Center
Baptist Student Center is a vibrant ministry based in Edinburg, Texas, dedicated to serving college students at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and beyond. The BSM offers a welcoming community of faith with multiple ministries including freshmen outreach, girls and guys ministries, athletes ministry, international student ministry, and first-generation student support. The center hosts weekly worship nights on Thursday evenings at 7 PM, free lunch gatherings every Thursday at 12:30 PM, and regular Bible studies designed to help students grow spiritually while navigating college life. With a dedicated staff focused on discipleship, mentoring, and community engagement, the BSM creates a safe haven where students can express their faith, build meaningful relationships, and develop as followers of Christ.
