Founded in the 1970s as a Chavurah fellowship on the University of North Texas campus, the congregation has grown into a vibrant community of over 145 families. The community sustains a dynamic spiritual life centered on Reform Jewish tradition, a rich educational center including religious school for children, and an active social scene. Shabbat services are held Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, featuring cantorial soloists and Torah study. The congregation welcomes visitors seeking a living, contemporary expression of Jewish faith and practice.
