About Center of Unity
Center of Unity in Grapevine began in 1982 as Unity Church of Northeast Tarrant County and moved to its Hughes Road location in 1997. The church took its current name in 2016, following a history shaped by founding minister Reverend Carol Record, who retired in 2018. Affiliated with Unity Institute, Unity Village, the Daily Word, the International Association of Unity Churches, and Silent Unity, the congregation centers its mission on inspiring spiritual growth through prayer, education, and sacred service. Sunday mornings include Adult Sunday School, a main Sunday Service, and COU Kids, with choir rehearsal afterward; a Metaphysical Bible Study meets on Tuesdays.
