The Schoenstatt Movement of San Antonio operates the Cor Unum In Patre Shrine, a peaceful hilltop sanctuary dedicated in 2008 as a place of spiritual renewal and grace. The movement, which traces its roots to a small German chapel founded in 1914, arrived in San Antonio in 1962 through Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary and has since grown into a vibrant community offering Marian spirituality within the Catholic tradition. Mount Schoenstatt welcomes pilgrims to experience prayer, quiet reflection, and connection with Mary as a path to deeper relationship with God. The community organizes monthly Masses, mothers' groups, family groups, youth branches, rosary groups, and retreats, creating diverse opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship.
