What to Expect at City Life Church in Houston, Texas

As a first-time visitor to City Life Church, here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: At City Life, we have a casual and welcoming atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in anything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The focus is on connecting with God and each other, not outward appearances. Feel free to come as you are and wear what makes you comfortable.

Service Format: Our services are designed to be engaging and Spirit-filled. Typically, the format includes:

- Upbeat, contemporary worship music led by our talented worship team - A practical, Bible-based message from our lead pastor or one of our teaching pastors - Time for prayer, either corporately or with our prayer team - Opportunities to connect with others before and after the service

The services last around 60-75 minutes, giving you plenty of time to experience the presence of God and fellowship with the church community.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive early to find parking and get settled. Our services tend to fill up, especially at the 10:15am service. - Stop by the New Here area in the lobby to pick up a free gift, get your questions answered, and learn about ways to get plugged in. - Don't be afraid to introduce yourself to others. Our church is filled with friendly people who would love to welcome you. - If you have children, be sure to check out our excellent City Kids ministry, which provides age-appropriate programming during the services. - Feel free to participate as much or as little as you're comfortable. Our desire is for you to encounter God in a meaningful way.
