What to Expect at Sanctuary Church Houston

First-time visitors, welcome to Sanctuary Church Houston! We're excited for you to join us and experience the love of Jesus. Here's a quick guide to help you know what to expect during your visit:

Dress Code: There's no formal dress code at Sanctuary Church. Come as you are! You'll see people dressed in everything from casual jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The focus is on encountering God, not outward appearances.

Service Format: Our Sunday services start at 4pm and typically last around 1.5 hours. The service is centered around worship, prayer, and expositional preaching from the Bible. You can expect a blend of contemporary worship music and traditional hymns led by our talented worship team. The sermon will unpack a passage of Scripture, helping you grow in your understanding of God's Word.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and find a seat. Ushers will be available to help guide you. - Feel free to participate in the worship and prayer times as you're comfortable. No one will single you out. - Don't worry about giving during the offering - you're our guest! The offering is for our regular attendees to support the ministry. - Check out the Welcome Center in the lobby if you have any questions or would like to learn more about getting connected. - Most importantly, come with an open heart and expect to encounter the life-changing love of Jesus!
