St. Timothy's Episcopal Church has served the Lake Jackson community since its founding in 1955, growing from a mission established with 145 adults transferring from St. Paul's Church in Freeport. The parish is centered on the healing and reconciling love of Jesus Christ and places deep value on music, the arts, and Christian formation for all ages. Worship is marked by the Episcopal tradition and characterized by warmth and hospitality; as one visitor noted, 'I could feel the love in the walls of this place.'
