About Interfaith Caring Ministries (ICM)
Interfaith Caring Ministries is a non-profit organization serving families and individuals in crisis across the Texas Bay Area since 1985. Born from the collaborative vision of local faith communities in the Clear Lake and League City area, ICM provides emergency financial assistance, food support, utility and rent help, and senior outreach programs to those facing hardship. The organization serves residents within the Clear Creek and Friendswood Independent School Districts with dignity and respect, regardless of religious background. In 2024 alone, ICM distributed over $500,000 in emergency financial assistance, provided food valued at approximately $937,000, and served over 8,000 individuals through its programs. Operating one of the second largest food pantries in Galveston County, ICM demonstrates its commitment to strengthening the community one family at a time through coordinated, effective service provision.
