What to Expect: First-Time Visitor's Guide to First Baptist Church of San Antonio

Welcome to First Baptist Church of San Antonio (FBCSA)! We're excited to have you join us and want your first visit to be a great experience. Here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: At FBCSA, we have a casual and welcoming atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in everything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Come as you are - we're just glad you're here!

Service Format: Our Sunday morning services typically last around 75 minutes. The service begins with a time of worship through music, led by our choir and band. This is followed by announcements, prayer, and a sermon from our pastor. We also have a children's moment where the little ones are invited forward.

Communion is observed on the first Sunday of each month. On these Sundays, you're welcome to partake if you're a follower of Christ, but it's not required.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Ushers are available to assist you. - Don't worry about not knowing when to sit, stand, or participate. Just follow along with the congregation. - Fill out a visitor card so we can welcome you properly and answer any questions you may have. - Check out our coffee and refreshment area before or after the service. - Explore our website or app to learn more about our church community, ministries, and upcoming events.
