About Immanuel Church of Spring
Immanuel Church of Spring is a non-denominational congregation in Spring, Texas, with roots reaching back to 1916, when it was founded by second-generation German immigrants. The church began as a German Lutheran congregation, later became part of the United Church of Christ, and separated from the UCC in 2020. Located at the entrance to Old Town Spring at Spring Cypress Road and Border Street, Immanuel continues a long history of Christian service that included a 100-year celebration in July 2016. The church offers Sunday worship, children’s ministry, youth group, small groups, regular Bible study, adult church school classes, and a monthly Senior Day on the third Thursday.
