About Metro Relief
Metro Relief is a mobile-first homeless outreach ministry based in The Colony, Texas, founded in 2011 to bring hope and healing to individuals experiencing homelessness. Inspired by God's heart and the example of Jesus, the organization operates through a compassionate, person-centered approach that meets people where they are on the streets. Their work includes mobile resource buses that provide food, hygiene kits, clothing, and prayer at homeless hotspots; daily street outreach by case managers who work with local law enforcement to locate and assist vulnerable individuals; and mobile case management that walks alongside clients through their journey to stable housing. Metro Relief has served thousands, providing over 62,600 engagements, 117,442 food servings, and successfully helping 1,554 people get off the streets. The ministry welcomes volunteers and partners to expand their impact across North Texas and beyond.
