About Church Project
Church Project is a network-affiliated Christian community in The Woodlands that emphasizes a New Testament model of church through distributed leadership and diverse discipleship communities. Since 2010, the church has focused on helping people encounter Christ while fundamentally rethinking how the church gathers, leads, and lives together. Sunday gatherings occur at 9 AM and 11 AM at 602 Pruitt Road, where the community worships through singing, prayer, Scripture reading, and verse-by-verse sermon teaching. Beyond weekly corporate worship, Church Project organizes smaller House Church gatherings throughout the week to foster deeper pastoral relationships and community life. The church emphasizes four core commitments: knowing Jesus in small pastoral communities, serving the city and world through ministry partnerships, discipling one another in faith, and practicing biblical generosity.
