About Mission Waco
Mission Waco is a Christian nonprofit organization founded in 1991 by Jimmy and Janet Dorrell, dedicated to eliminating poverty through holistic, relationship-centered programs in Waco and around the world. The organization operates with three core goals: empowering the poor and marginalized through Christian-based initiatives, equipping middle-class Christians to become compassionately involved, and engaging systemic issues of social injustice.
