About Bible Baptist Church
Bible Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation located in Bennington, Vermont, on historic Route 7A in the southwestern corner of the state. Founded in 1976 by Pastor Mike Twardy, who continues to lead the church with his wife Eleanor, the congregation has maintained a commitment to biblical preaching from the King James Version and traditional hymn singing. The church welcomes visitors of all ages and offers services designed to meet the needs of families, from nursery care through senior ministries. Bible Baptist is situated in beautiful, historic Bennington and serves the surrounding communities of Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York with a warmth and care rooted in their faith that God has a purpose for every life.
